I get 'Your app preview contains unsupported or corrupted audio' in App Store Connect. How do I fix it?
This error means your video's audio codec isn't AAC, which Apple requires. Use Macty's Share Video feature and select an App Preview size (macOS or iOS). Macty automatically re-encodes audio to AAC stereo at 44.1 kHz, which App Store Connect accepts.
I get 'The frame rate of your app preview is too low' in App Store Connect. How do I fix it?
App Store Connect requires exactly 30fps for App Previews. Use Macty's Share Video feature with an App Preview size selected — it exports at a locked 30fps so you won't see this error.
I get 'The frame rate of your app preview is too high' in App Store Connect. How do I fix it?
Screen recordings on modern Macs are often 60fps, which Apple rejects. Use Macty's Share Video feature with an App Preview size — it automatically converts any input to exactly 30fps, resolving this error.
